Zarubezhgeologia signed a contract for predictive metallogenic mapping of Sudan

Khartum, 01.09.2021 - Zarubezhgeologia JSC signed a contract with the Ministry of Mineral Resources of the Republic of Sudan for continuation
of the GIS project "Predictive metallogenic map of the Republic of Sudan on a scale of 1:1,000,000" project.

The implementation of the project includes the creation of the map of geochemical specialization of geological complexes at a scale of 1: 2,000,000, the structural-formational map of the Republic of Sudan at a scale of 1: 1,000,000, metallogenic and forecast maps of the Republic of Sudan at a scale of 1: 1,000,000. It also includes phased training of Sudanese specialists to improve professional qualifications. The total project implementation period will be 4 years.

As a reminder, from 2016 to 2018 Zarubezhgeologia JSC had successfully realized the first and the second stages of the project. The results of the Holding's work were highly appreciated by the Customer and the Government of the Republic.
